Our Commitment
Big Heavy LLC, doing business as “Earthly Delights Club,” is committed to making our platform at app.earthlydelights.club accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe travel should be welcoming, and that starts with the tools we use to plan it.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review our platform, address issues as they are identified, and incorporate accessibility considerations into new features as they are designed and built. We acknowledge that some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA, and we are actively working to improve them.
Third-Party Services
Our platform uses third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), real-time messaging (Pusher), and maps (Google). While we choose partners who take accessibility seriously, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interactions delivered by third parties.
